I guide my students through their yoga practice and encourage them to be present in their breath and bodies, and adjust their practice depending on how they feel in that moment.
To me, advanced yoga is paying attention to where you're at that day, and adjusting your yoga practicing accordingly. My classes are designed to include all levels from newbie to experienced yogi. Don't let perfect get in the way of good.
Yoga is not only about exercising the body, it’s about exercising the mind; training it to drown out the noise, be present and focus on what matters. One of the simplest ways to do that is to bring your attention to your breath. We don’t breathe in the past, we don’t breathe in the future, we only breathe in the present.
