Beach classes are done for the summer!


Thank you to everyone who came out to support me, and give back! Thanks to all the participants, we raised $400 for Mealshare!

Drive North on Churchill Ave., crossover Scott Street, turn left at Lanark Street. Park in the lot at the end of Lanark Street, walk under the painted bridge, turn right on the path, and I will be waiting for you there under the trees overlooking the Ottawa River.

A fun and informal way to experience the many benefits of yoga. Classes are designed to include all levels from newbie to experienced yogi. 













In this inclusive Hatha Flow class, we will breathe, stretch and explore how exciting our postures can be when done outside in nature. All you need is your yoga mat and water. Come out to Westboro Beach Park to breathe, stretch, enjoy, and give back.


Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to check in and get settled. Cash only upon arrival.

If you're an early riser, join me for Hot Hatha, 6am - 7am on Wednesdays at the Movati Nepean location. Hope to see you there, bright and early!
