You want to develop long term, balanced healthy habits and feel & look your best. Maybe you've tried every diet, counted every calorie, every point, or tried every pill, but nothing is working. You're struggling with finding a customized, sustainable, balanced solution to help you feel and look your best. You feel hopeless.

I will create a personalized nutrition program just for you, that will help you create healthy habits, choose foods that are right for you, make long-term sustainable changes and start living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. 1-Week ReFRESH 

Online Group Detox Program 

Need a quick(ish) way to feel your best, try new ingredients and recipes, kick some habits, and start new healthy habits? 

This 1-week Re-FRESH will not only educate you on healthy food choices, but teach you to love real food with a suggested meal plan, grocery list and delicious, easy to prepare recipes.


Each day, you'll be given a new challenge to add that includes a healthy food or habit. It may be adding a daily green vegetable, a gluten-free option, a mindful eating strategy or a habit for better sleep.

What makes this program unique is that you’ll have the option to sign up for daily, 5-minute stand up meetings where we’ll discuss your goal for the day, and how you plan to execute it. 

The program includes:

  • 7-Day meal plan and recipes

  • Your Food Journal

  • Clean Eating Food and Drinks Guide to keep you on track!

  • Portions Guide

  • Videos and handouts to support the daily challenges

  • Unlimited text and email support 

  • An option to sign up for a daily, 5-minute stand-up zoom meeting to discuss your goals for the day, and how you plan to execute them (meetings will be split into groups of 5 people so we can keep them short and sweet! You will be provided with a few different time slots to choose from so you can pick what works for you)

  • On-going group chat for support and accountability

  • Recommended products and books to support your health journey
