The FLOURISH Program is a 12-week nutrition and lifestyle coaching experience designed specifically for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.
This is not a diet plan.
It is a one-on-one guided process to help you build sustainable systems and habits around food, movement, sleep, stress, and daily routines so you can feel energized, strong, and in control of your health again.
The FLOURISH Philosophy

What the Program Includes
Your FLOURISH Program is personalized and supported one-on-one coaching.
You will receive:
FLOURISH Baseline Assessment (60 minutes)

Discuss health goals, diet, lifestyle, symptoms, medical history, family history and schedule in more detail.

Identify body systems that are imbalanced.
Personalized FLOURISH Strategy Session (75 minutes)

A customized program and roadmap based on your unique needs, challenges, and goals using the FLOURISH framework.
Accountability Coaching Sessions

6, 60-minute accountability coaching sessions to guide you through your customized goals roadmap for ongoing guidance, accountability, and adjustments as your body adapts.

These sessions are where transformation happens. Together, we'll review your progress, celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and continue building on the habits and systems that support your goals
