Yoga at the Park
Breathe. Stretch. Enjoy. Give Back.
Join me at Champlain Park for a fun and informal way to experience the many benefits of yoga and give back to The Ottawa Food Bank. Classes are designed to include all levels (and all ages*) from newbie to experienced yogi or yogini.
In this 45-minute Hatha Flow class, we will breathe, stretch and explore how exciting our postures can be when done outside in nature. All you need is your yoga mat and water. Come out to Champlain Park to breathe, stretch, enjoy, and give back.
I am planning to teach outdoor yoga classes at Champlain Park on Fridays from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM, in May 3 to June 28 (start date is tentative, and depends on number of participants who have signed up).
This year, I'm offering the following class package options*:

3-pack: $65

5-pack: $100

Drop-in: $25 per session
Please take a moment to review your schedule and preferences. If the proposed day and time work for you, kindly let me know which class pack option you would be interested in. Your feedback will help me finalize the arrangements and ensure that I can move forward with the classes.
*I have increased my class fee this year in order to donate a larger portion of all class fees to The Ottawa Food Bank. Kids and grandkids are free, but donations of cash or food for the food bank are always welcome!
Please contact me if you're interested in joining, and I'll add you to the outdoor yoga email list. You'll receive a signup sheet for the entire session. Please add your name to the weeks you expect to join to secure your spot.
Parking available on Clearview Ave., Cowley Ave. or Carleton Ave. See you at the park!
Unless it's raining right at noon, I'll be there (the weather is always wrong!) Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to check in and get settled. Cash or e-transfer to westbeachyoga@gmail.com.
