You want to lose weight for good, and feel & look your best. You've tried every diet, counted every calorie, every point, or tried every pill, but nothing is working. You're struggling with finding a customized, sustainable, balanced weight loss solution. You feel hopeless.

I will create a personalized nutrition program just for you, that will help you create healthy habits, make long-term sustainable changes and start living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Have you ever wished a nutritionist would come live in your house for a week and provide you with friendly feedback on what you should and shouldn't be eating?

Well your wish has been granted! (everything but the living with you part). 

The Re-BALANCE program can take your eating from just ok to amazing. The way it works: for one week, email your food journal to me at the end of the day, and the next morning, I'll send you friendly feedback, recipes and a daily tip or challenge. Online only - I promise I won't show up at your door with a suitcase.

Online Detox Program 

Need a quick(ish) way to feel your best, try new ingredients and recipes, kick some habits, and start new healthy habits? 

For one week:

  • Cut out added refined sugar, alcohol, white carbs, vegetable oils, certain packaged, dairy and meat products

  • Only include foods that are allowed on the program 

  • Focus on plant-based foods as much as possible 

  • Include Awesome Hour each evening to take time for YOU 

  • Get more sleep

  • Move your body everyday​

  • Have daily one-on-one access to a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (me!) 

  • Be accountable to me to help you feel your best!

The program includes:

  • 15-Minute one-on-one kick-off call with Lauren to discuss your health goals for the week!

  • 15-Minute one-on-one end-of-program call with Lauren to discuss your progress!

  • Daily food journal analysis: email Lauren your food journal every night by 8pm and receive feedback and a daily health tip or challenge the next morning! 

  • Meal Plan with Program-Friendly recipes including Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, and Dinner 

  • Grocery List 

  • Clean Eating Foods & Drinks Guide (if you miss a recipe, follow this guide to stay on track!)

  • Awesome Hour Guidelines 

  • Tips for Better Sleep 

  • Exercise Ideas

  • Daily Check-In through via text
